Description

HIGH-GRADE STEEL

400-grade steel with additional 345 wear-resistant plates on high contact points. Custom steel grading is available for high abrasion application. Also available in HARDOX.

 

FIVE-FINGER INTERLOCKED WEBBED DESIGN

It gives greater strength and efficiency when grabbing due to its ability to lock objects of an extended size range whilst maintaining a maximum opening capacity.

INTEGRATED TORSIONAL BEAMS

This has a secondary effect of distributing impact and wear along all the contact surfaces, increasing the attachment’s overall lifetime and providing the capacity to process an advanced variety of material types.

GREASE POINTS AND HARDENED BUSHES

Easily accessible grease points allow for continuous and even distribution of grease. Active maintenance ensures the longevity of the bushes and pins.

 

PIN QUALITY

It is made of 1045 high-quality carbon steel that has undergone quenching and tempering, ensuring durability.

 

LARGER AND REINFORCED WELDS

More robust construction is guaranteed by ultrasonic testing of welds to ensure no microscopic discontinuities, differentiating us from other suppliers.
